At Jansen Piano Benches, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium seating. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your bench within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the bench if necessary and pack it in its original shipping container with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the bench for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
